STOP AND THINK ABOUT THIS is a supportive programme created for young women (18-30yrs) to explore what healthy and unhealthy relationships look like and to better understand the choices they make.

Running from October to March at Accidental Theatre, each monthly session will give participants the tools and space to:
-
Explore red flags, danger, safety, and attraction patterns
-
Reflect through guided journaling and peer discussion
-
Hear from expert agencies working to support and protect women
-
Share stories, ask questions, and learn in a safe, inclusive space
Whether you're currently in a relationship, recovering from one, or thinking about your future, this programme is for you.
